Urban Trust, we have a lot to say. We passionately believe
that
our financial products can help our customers improve their lives. We
use our products and spend a lot of time thinking about how these
products can help our community. We also have a lot of fun
working and living in the Washington DC metro area. We established a
Twitter account to share our ideas and our experiences. So follow us on
Twitter -- expect to share some laughs and learn from our
experiences.
Several
key members of our organization have volunteered to participate. Each
member of the team is
encouraged to
share their own thoughts and experiences.
We
welcome feedback, ideas and opinions of our customers or really anyone
who has something to say with a couple exceptions:
- Questions
or comments about specific issues you're having with a product should
be directed to our customer
service team
- inappropriate
messages or spam
don't help build a productive conversation and will be removed
